bill_bright.jpgCampus Crusade for Christ, which was founded as a local campus ministry in 1951, quickly became an international evangelical empire. Using archival sources and more than 100 interviews, Turner offers a history of the crusade and its marketing-savvy founder, Bill Bright, who expanded evangelicalism’s influence in the worlds of business and politics.
