Notre Dame Folk Choir

One of Notre Dame’s principal liturgical choirs, the Notre Dame Folk Choir, begun in the late 1970s, now features almost 50 singers and a variety of instruments, from guitar and cello to the Irish drum. With music gathered from all over the world, the choir emphasizes contemporary music in four-part harmony.

While the choir is primarily an undergraduate organization, a number of graduate students, faculty and professional staff from the University have joined in recent years.

The choir has released several CDs. Visit their web site to see and listen to what is available and how to order their CDs and a video.
