Neurologist David Coulter ’69 took office as president of the American Association on Mental Retardation. . . . Jim Thunder ’72, who spoke at Reunion ’02 about preventing and detecting killings in medical facilities, published an article on the subject in Issues in Law and Medicine. . . . The Baton Rouge Advocate profiled internal medicine physician Fred Cerise ’84, newly appointed secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals. . . . Daniel J. Connors ’81 was named to the newly created position of executive vice president and chief administrative officer at Kinko’s Inc. . . .
