Animals have been more daring during these days of reduced human activity. This fox stopped traffic on Dorr Road, a moment reminiscent of a rare and fleeting glimpse that Kerry Temple ’74 recounted in “A Riddle of Foxes,” an all-too-brief encounter that lasted only “until he disappeared into that hidden realm where the wild animals go.”
