Though Christmas break is rapidly approaching, things have been as busy as ever in Notre Dame Magazine's offices lately as we prepare our Winter 2018-19 issue for publication. The magazine should land on your doorstep just after the New Year, but, until it does, we thought we'd give you a preview of what's to come.
This issue features profiles of both of Notre Dame's illustrious basketball coaches, Mike Brey (pictured here) and Muffet McGraw, in stories that give you a behind-the-scenes look at the team leaders you see on TV. In addition, our cover story takes on another side of the sporting world, surveying the changing landscape of college athletics and considering the Fighting Irish's role therein.
