Construction has begun on the Raclin Murphy Museum of Art on the south edge of campus near the Walsh Family Hall of Architecture. When it opens in 2023, the museum will be part of an evolving University arts district, including the Charles B. Hayes Family Sculpture Park, the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center and O’Neill Hall of Music, situated to provide better access for the Notre Dame and local communities.
