Global Affairs School news in brief
On October 1, 2014, University President Rev. John I. Jenkins ’76, ’78M.A. formally announced the creation of the Donald R. Keough School of Global Affairs and named R. Scott Appleby ’78, professor of history and former director of the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, its founding dean.
When the school’s future home, Jenkins Hall, opens its doors on Notre Dame Avenue to the first class in 2017, Keough will admit 30 students per year to its two-year professional Master of Global Affairs program, support a range of academic programs and research initiatives, and employ some 50 faculty.
