Visitors to the Grotto use these wooden implements to keep wicks alight for their intentions. Many burned this week for racial reconciliation after the death of George Floyd in police custody inspired nationwide protests. The campus community gathered Monday at a prayer service for unity and justice that included a procession to the Grotto.
