20MBA Hot Grad Summer

During an unusually gorgeous Memorial Day weekend, a small but mighty contingent of the MBA class of 2020 started the summer off in polyester-clad style with a long-awaited graduation celebration. The ceremony was delayed so long due to COVID that we spent more time waiting for the actual celebration than we did studying for our degree(s). For those who were able to make the trip to the Bend, the weekend was a welcomed reunion: life updates were shared, clover quarts drunk, photos of the dome taken, and unnecessary ND gear purchased from the bookstore. Not to mention finally getting to walk across a stage and hearing our names called.  For those members of our class who couldn’t make it, know that you were missed!  Since then, everyone has been too busy this summer to share any more specific updates. If you have any for the next issue, please send them my way! — Audrey Walker; awalke10@alumni.nd.edu

21JD Making Moves

Congratulations to all of our laterals, especially the four that I know about: Keith Ongeri made a lateral move to Greenberg Traurig, John Michael Neubert headed to DLA Piper, Connor Barrett lateralled to Sidley Austin, and Alexa Beining moved to Littler. In non-firm news, cheers to Jana McCord, who won her first trial just a few short weeks ago! Best wishes also to Hailey Hennessey and Colton Marino, who got engaged this summer at the Grotto. And happy to announce that Julia and Zach Pohlman, along with their son Quinten, welcomed baby Charity Faith this summer.
